PruneKit reads your Shopify orders and sorts every design by what actually sold: Winners, Solid, Slow, Never sold, and Too new to judge. Then hide the dead ones in bulk. Every change can be undone, and nothing is ever deleted.
The sales report is free on every plan · Free: 25 changes a month · Micro $3.99/mo · Pro $7.99/mo
PruneKit works inside your Shopify admin. No theme changes, nothing added to your storefront.
PruneKit reads your orders, net of refunds, and totals the units and revenue for each design. Page views and traffic are ignored: a design that gets looked at but never bought is still a design that never sold.
Out of the box, Winners are your top sellers of the last 90 days, Slow designs sold at most one unit in 180 days (judged once a design has been live that long within PruneKit's sales history), Never sold means not a single sale, and designs live for less than 60 days that haven't sold yet are Too new to judge. A design that's selling is judged on its sales at any age. Everything else is Solid. Change any of these numbers on the Rules page, on every plan.
If your designs are tagged by category, PruneKit breaks sales down per tag: how many designs, how many have sold, how many never have, and recent units and revenue. Filter the design list by tier, tag, status or name.
Select designs, or every design your filters match, and hide them in one click, or hide every Slow or Never sold design straight from the home page. Hiding sets them to draft, so they come off your store while staying in your admin. Unhide puts drafts back on sale the same way.
Add or remove a tag on the designs you picked, to move them between collections, feed them into another tool, or mark them for a closer look later.
Every change is recorded in History, with what the design looked like before. Undo a whole batch from there. PruneKit never deletes a product, and it won't overwrite a design you've edited by hand since.
The full sales report is free on every plan. Plans differ only in how many changes you can make a month.
A change is one design hidden, unhidden, tagged or untagged. Undoing a change is free. Plans are billed through Shopify. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial on your first paid subscription. Change or cancel anytime.
Short answers, no fine print.
Because sales are what pay. A design people look at but never buy is taking up space as much as one nobody looks at. PruneKit counts units sold and revenue, net of refunds, and nothing else.
As far back as Shopify lets it read your orders. By default Shopify shows an app the last 60 days of orders; with access to all orders, PruneKit reads your store's full history. PruneKit shows how far back its sales history reaches, and "Never sold" means no sale in that history. By default a design with no sale is only called Never sold once it has been live for 60 days (you can change that on the Rules page).
Hiding sets a design to draft: it comes off your store and your sales channels, but stays in your Shopify admin with everything intact. PruneKit never deletes a product. Every change is listed in History, and you can undo a batch from there, or unhide designs whenever you like. "Unhide all" on the home page only brings back designs PruneKit hid, never a draft you made yourself.
Your products (title, tags, status, image, publish date) and your orders' line items: which product sold, how many, and for how much. It stores no customer names, emails or addresses. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Your access tokens are deleted immediately, and all of your store's PruneKit data is removed in response to Shopify's shop-redaction request. Changes you already made stay in your store: hidden designs stay in draft until you set them back to active.
As soon as PruneKit is live: install it and see every design sorted by what it sold. The report is free, and so are your first 25 changes every month.
